RESOLUTION NO. ,Jb.D OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND LOCATING A NO
PARKING AREA ON U. S. HIGHWAY 101 IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE ~~RKING THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City'Council of Arroyo Grande that pur-
suant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 86 of the City of Arroyo
Grande, the space hereinafter specifically located and described
is and shall henceforth be a 'ho parking area" and no parking by
automobiles or motor vehicles shall be permitted within the limits
of said area. Said area is described as follows, to-wit:
The westerly side of U. S. Highway 101, in the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, between a point 600 feet northerly
from the northerly co~ner of the intersection of
Grand Avenue with said U. S. Highway 101 to a point
300 feet southerly from the southerly intersection
of the aforesaid Grand Avenue with U. S. Highway 101.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer is directed to
cause said 'ho parking area"to be marked with appropriate markings
and/or signs in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 86
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
