RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RESTRICTING THE
EFFECT OF RESOLUTION NO. 352 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE:.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has heretofore
adopted Resolution No. 352 establishing a "No Parking Zone"
on the easterly side of the 101 Highway in the City of
Arroyo Grande between Nelson and Poole Streets; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has approved
Traffic Regulations set up thereby subject to restriction as
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "No Parking
Zone" created under the Resolution of No. 352, adopted on
August 7, 1956, by the City Council of the city of Arroyo
Grande, shall cease to be operative and said zone shall be
removed within six (6) months following rec.ipt by the said
City Council of a written notice of with-drawal of approval i
of the Department of Public Works of the State of California.
