RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .ARiOYO
GRANDE RELATIVB TO GRANTING J'lJRISDIC'l'ION, OVER CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF THE CITY 5'1'REBTS Te THE COUNTY OF SAll
LUIS OBISPO
WHEREAS, there is presently ia the City of Arroyo Grande
a certain public street known and designated as HUASNA ROAD;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that the County of San Luis Obispo
can take care of the maintenanoe of said Road more easily
than can the City; and
WHEREAS, the said HUASNA ROAD beyond the City limits of
the City of Arroyo Grande is an important Road in the economy
of the County of San Luis Obispo; and
WHEREAS, it's maintenance by the County together with that
portion thereof within the City of Arroyo Grande will permit
a unified maintenance program which will be both economically
better for both the City and County, as well as operationally
better also; and
WHEREAS, both of said parties are willing to eater into an
arrangement whereby the Coltnty of San Luis Obispo will agree
to handle all maintenance on that portion of HUASNA ROAD, here-
inafter described.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD that the complete maintenance
of the hereinafter desoribed portion of HUASlA ROAD be and the same
is herewith granted to the County of San Luis Obispo. Said por-
tion of said Road is desoribed as follows I
All that portion of HUASNA ROAD lying and being within the
incorporated area of the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of Califoraia, desoribed as follows, to-witl
All that portion of HUASNA ROAD froll the intersection
thereof with State Route #147 G Easterly to the City
Limits of the City of Arroyo rande.

man Penco and on the following roll call vote:
