RESOL!1rION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
RELATIVE TO THE FORMATION OF GARBAGE DISPOOAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of tho City of Arroyo Grande
that a great need e:xists for a dump site at which garbage collected in the Southern
portion of San Luis Cl>ispo County may be dumped,
NCM THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grame
that the Board of Supervisors of the County or San Luis Obispo be and they are
herew:\. th requested to take all necessary steps to create a garbage disposal
district including therein the territory of Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Grover City,
Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo and the entire Southern portion of San Luis Cl>ispo
County.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs and seconded by Councilman Pence, and on the
following roll call vote~

NOES: None
