WHEREAS, it appears desirable to make a charge in the quantity rates for
water to be supplied from those set forth in said Section of said Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo

Grande, that the following schedule of "Quantity rates" shall hereafter be charged
for water supplied by the City of Arroyo Grande, to-wit:

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE SETTING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE FOR NEW WA'l'ER RATES UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 331.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the new water rates provided under Resolution No. 331
of the City of Arroyo Grande shall become effective as of this April, 1956 billings.
On motion of Councilman Brennan and seconded by Councilman Lee, and on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Burt, Lee, Pence and Brennan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Dixson
