RESOLUTION NO. '3 cS L_
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTA-
BLISHING NEW RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR WATER SERVICE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Ordin-
ance No. 97 of the City of Arroyo Grande, entitled, "Ol<DINA~CE
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE FIXING THE RATES TO BE CHM(GED AND
COLLECTED FOR WATER SERVICE SUPPLIED BY THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING
CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS COVERING CONSIDfERS OF WATER SUPPLI_
ED BY SAID CITY AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF,
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH," it is provid-
ed that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby has
power by Resolution to vary the rates to be charged for water
service from the schedule set forth in Section 1 of said Ordin_
ance; and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable to make a charge in the quan-
ti ty rates for water.:to be supplied from those set forth in said
Section of said Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, that the following schedule of "Quantity
rates" shall hereafter be charged for water supplied by the City
of Arroyo Grande, to-wit:
