RESOLUTION NO. 336
OF TEE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RELATIVE
TO THE GRANTING OF A USE PERMIT
WHEEEAS, numerous residents of the City of Arr'oyo
Grande have called the attention of the City C 'Junc il of
said City to the fact that the San Luis Obispo Board of
Supervisors has granted a Use Permit for the operation
of a garbage disposal dump immediately to the North of
the City of Arroyo Grande, which said dump is located
approximately one mile from the City Limits; and
\~1-{ER5AS , it is the opinion of said City Council
that said garbage dump is objectionable in that it will
hinder, if not completely stop, residential development
of the Northeast portion of the City and the areas adjoin-
ing thereto.
NOW TF.EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, tba t the Board of Supervtsors
of San Luis Obispo be, and they are herewith reauested to
revol'::e the Use Permit heretofore issued for the use of the
aforesaid garbage dump.

County Planning Commission.
