\ RESOLUTION NO. 334
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande relative to the appointment of a Mayor Pro-Tern.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has no person designated
to act in the place and stead of the regular Mayor when said
Mayor is absent.
NOW THEREF'ORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
Section 36aOl of the Government Code that ___Mayr,r
Brennan' be and he is herewith appointed
Mayor Pro Tern, to act in the place of and in stead of the
regular duly appointed Mayor in the event of his absence.
