r WHEREAS, the City council has heard read said agreement in rull anci is

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city c.uncil .r the aity or Arroyo Grande
that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget Dr pr.p.sed
expenditures .r the gas tax allocatilln te cities, and said agreement be and the
same is hereby appr.ved and the mayer and the city clerk are directed t. sign the
