adopting budget and approving memorandum or agreement ror
expenditure or gas tax aUocation ror major city streets.
VlHERElIS, a memorandum ot agreement has been presented to be entered inte
with the State of California in accordance with a project statement submitted
by the City or Arroyo Grande ror expenditure ot the gas tax allocation to cities
tor the fiscal year 1956, and

I WHEREAS, the City council has heard read said agreement in rull and is
I ramiliar with the contents thereor;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council or the 6ity ot Arroyo Grande
that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget Glt proposed
expenditures or the gas tax allocation te cities, and said agreement be and the
same is hereU,y approved and. the mayor and the city clerk are directed te sign the
same on behalr of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its
execution by the authGlrized officials of the State.
ADOPTED this 14th day or June, 1955. '
