MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1991
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 215 EAST BRANCH STREET
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
The City council of the City of Arroyo Grande met at 3:30
P.M., with Mayor Mark M. Millis presiding.
1. ROLL CALL
Present were Mayor Millis and Council Members A. K. "Pete"
Dougall, M. P. "Pete" Gallagher, Gene Moots and B'Ann smith. Staff
members present were City Manager Chris Christiansen, City Attorney
: Judy Skousen and City Clerk Nancy Davis.

2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

3. CLOSED SESSION
It was moved by Dougall/Moots, and the motion passed to
adjourn the meeting to a Closed Session. City Attorney Skousen
said the Council would adjourn to a Closed Session on labor
relations pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.7(a).
4. ADJOURNMENT
The Council reconvened at 5:05 P.M. and immediately adjourned
on the unanimously approved motion of Smith/Gallagher.
