SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, JUNE 4, 1990
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 215 EAST BRANCH STREET
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA i
The City Council met at 11:00 A.M., with Mayor Pro Tem B'Ann
smith presiding.
Also present at the meeting were Council Members Gene Moots
and Doris Olsen. Mayor Mark M. Millis and Council Member A.K.
"Pete" Dougall were not present because of possible conflicts of
interest. Staff Members present were City Manager Chris
christiansen, City Attorney Judy Skousen and City Clerk Nancy
i Davis.

Mayor Pro Tem smith called the meeting to order, and on motion
of Olsen/Moots, the Council immediately adjourned to a Closed
Session on Pending Litigation, City of Arroyo Grande vs. County of
San Luis Obispo, Re. Five Acres, Case No. 67916.
The Council reconvened at 11:30 A.M., and on motion of I
Moots/Olsen, immediately adjourned the meeting.
