RESOLUTION NO. 3589
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS
EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2002-2003
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that the
Fiscal Year 2002-03 expenditure appropriation limit from tax proceeds is
$12,741,555, in accordance with Article XIIIS of the California Constitution
(Prop.4, SS1352).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this year's calculation is to include the
percentage change in California per capita personal income, rather than the
percentage change in the local assessment roll due to the addition of non-
residential new construction, as the price factor.
AYES: Council Members Lubin, Runels, Dickens, Ferrara and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
