A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I
ARROYO GRANDE MODIFYING THE COMPENSATION FOR
THE FIRE MECHANIC POSITION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002.03

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande (.City") deems it in the best I
interest of the City and its fire volunteers that a stipend and specified benefits be fixed as
hereinafter provided.
I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
I
that:
1. The pay rate for the Fire Department's Fire Mechanic shall be established at $20.60
per hour.
2. The terms of this Resolution shall be effective for the pay period beginning July 1,
2002;
3. All other stipend and benefit terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
On motion by Council Member Ferrara, seconded by Council Member Lubin, and on the
following roll-call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Ferrara, Lubin, Dickens, Runels, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 91h day of July, 2002.
