R 1755 RESOLUTI ON NO. 1755 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A BOULEVARD STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF BRISCO ROAD AT U.S. HIGHWAY 101 NORTHBOUND FREEWAY OFF RAMP. WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a boulevard stop sign at the intersection of Brisco Road at U.S. Highway 101 Northbound freeway off ramp, as more particularly described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a stop sign be placed on Brisco Road at the Southeast corner of Brisco Road and U.S. Highway 101 Northbound freeway off ramp, so as to stop Northbound traffic on Brisco Road before crossing the Northbound U.S. Highway 101 freeway ramps. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install a sufficient sign and/or marking to indicate said stop signs. On motion of Councilman Vandeveer, seconded by Councilman Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of April 1984.
