R 1754 RESOLUTION NO. 17~4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAFFIC WAY (TRAFFIC WAY, AKA APN 7-482-03) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Traffic Way, as specifically described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a "No Parking" Zone be established on the Southwesterly frontage of Traffic Way extending from Arroyo Grande Creek Northerly to a point on the Southwesterly right of way line at the intersection of Traffic Way and West Branch Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said No Parking Zone. On motion of Councilman Vandeveer, seconded by Councilman Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of April 1984. -/J'~~ MAYOR ATTEST: I, Virginia L.
