RESOLUTI ON NO. 1751
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY OWNED
REAL PROPERTY AT 1425 25TH STREET, OCEANO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, as follows:
1. It is in the be~t interests of the City of Arroyo Grande to sell
for market value that parcel of real property owned by the City
at 1425 25th Street, Oceano, and specifically described as:

Parcel B of Parcel Map CO~116, in the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per
map recorded August 3, 1981, in Book.30, Page 87
of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
2. This Council finds that the fair market value of said property is
$70,000.00.
3. This Council approves the sale of said property to DAVID B. SULLENDER,
for the cash pri ce of $70,000.00, and a 45 day escrow open i ng at
Ticor Title Insurance.
4. This Council approves the City Manager and Finance Director authoriz-
ing the payment of fees and costs for title insurance, brokerage,
inspection, escrow, repairs, fumigation, judgments and other
Incidental fees and costs necessary for the proper sale and transfer
of ownership of the property.
On motion by Council Member Vandeveer,seconded by Council Member Gallagher
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:-
AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher and Mayor Smith
NOES: Councilman Millis
ABSENT: Counci lman Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of March, 1984.
