R 1750 RESOLUTI ON NO. 1750 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON A PORTION OF BRANCH STREET (AKA BURNARDO'Z) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Branch Street, as specifically described below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a Loading Zone be established on the southerly frontage of Branch Street extending from a point 30 feet east of the centerline of the intersection of Branch Street and Bridge Street, easterly to a point on the southerly right of way line, 65 feet easterly of the centerline of the intersection of Branch Street and Bridge Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said Loading Zone. On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Hogan, Millis and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of March 1984. i;j'(2ifAJJnwv MAYOR ATTEST: I, Virginia L.
