RESOLUTION NO. 1264
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY AND
CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that
it hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign, on behalf of the City
of Arroyo Grande, a Joint Powers Agreement between Cities and County for the
San Luis Obispo County and Cities Area Planning Coordinating Council.
r On motion of Councilman Gallagher, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: CouncIlmen Spierllng, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
