A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAVOR TO SIGN A RIGHT OF WAY
CERTIFICATE TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that it
hereby .authorlzes the Mayor to sign, on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande,
a Right of Way Certificate to the State of California, Department of
Transportation, in regard to the Grand Avenue ~AU Project.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Millis and
on the following roll call vote, to wit: I
AYES: Councilmen Splerling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of September, 1976.
