1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Council Members Runels, Ferrara,
Lubin and Dickens, City Manager Adams, Parks, Recreation & Facilities Director
Hernandez, and City Attorney Carmel Were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government

Mayor Lady announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
