~~:>,' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING AND SUB- -
MITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and EKpenditure
of funds allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been
entered into by the City of Arroyo Grande, hereinafter referred to as
the city, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highwa~s,
hereinafter refer-red to as the department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement Sill)wing
estimated ex.penditures of such funds recommended to be made during the IYG4-65
fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the city council. has 11eard read said project statement
and is familiar witl1 the contents thereof;

THEREFORE, b~ it :resolved by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande that said project statement dated April 21, 1964, be and
is ,hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas
tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same
on behalf of said City, and said project statement to be submitted
to the Department of /'u,bl ic Works, State of California, in accordance with
the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
