RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ARROYO GRA.NDE, LEVYING TAXES
FOR THE. CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 1954-55 UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY Uf' ARROYO GRANDE, AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, I

County of San Luis Obispo, Statet of Caifornia, that a tax for the fiscal i

year for said City, beginning the 1st day of July, 1954, of One and 05/100
($1.05) Dollars on each One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation shall be

levied upon all taxable/and real property within said City. One dollar ($1.00)
thereof shall be on account of the General Tax Fund, and Five (5;) Cents
thereof shall be on account of the retirement of sewer bonds. I

All assessed valuation shall be computed on the basis of assessments
levied by the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
CaL ifornia, as equalized by the City Council of the City of Arrayo Grande,
sitting as a Boaed of Equalization.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is herewith
directed to publish this Resolution together with the names of the Councilmen
voting thereon in the Herald-Recorder, a newspaper printed, published and
circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of Cal. ifornia.
