Jrand0, at a regular meeting passed a Resolution of Intention to abandon and close
a portion of Acacia Street as hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with the said resolution, the City Clerk of said City,
caused to be conspicuously posted along the line of said Acacia ~treet, at intervals
of not less than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and not less than
three (3) in all, said notices, which said notices are as follows:

intends to vacate, abandon and close that portion of Acacia ~treet, located in said
City and Joore particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That certain strip of land designated as Acacia Street, lying between
Block 1 and 2 of Tract Number 45, in the (;ity of Arroyo Grande, State
of California, as shown in the ~~p of said Tract, recorded November 22,
1948, in Book 5 of ~~ps at page 68, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, bounded on the north by the prolonged north lines of
lot 20 in Block 1 and lot 1 in block 2 of said tract, and bOW1ded on
the south by the prolonged south lines of lot 11 in block 1 and lot 10
in block 2 of said tract.
A hearing in connection with said intention will be held on the 20th day of
July, 1954, in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, at the hour of 8 P.M., at which time
all persons interested in said proposed vacation, abandonment and closing of said
portion of Acacia Street may appear and be heard thereon by way of objection or
interest therein.

NOW tHEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that that portion of ACACIA STREET, in
.,.'-.-- the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and hereinafter
more particularly described, be and the same is herewith ordered vacated, abandoned and
closed. That said portion of Acacia Street referred to above is described as
follows:
