WHEREAS, the State of California through its Division
of Highways desires to obtain certain real property from the
City of Arroyo Grande for use in connection with the con-
i struction of a highwaYj and
WHEREAS, the said State of California has proposed to
pay to the City of Arroyo Grande, in consideration of the
conveyance of the desired real property the sum of One
Thousand Thirty-five and 60/100 ($1,035.60) Dollars.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Arroyo Grande, that the ,offer of the State of
California be and it is herewith accepted. That the Mayor
of the City of Arroyo Grande be and he is herewith author-
ized to execute, on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande, a
Grant Deed and/or any other papers necessary to effectuate
the conveyance from the City of Arroyo Grande to the State
of California through its Division of Highways of the de-
sired property.
