RESOLU'l'ION ACCEPTING DEED AND AUTHORIZING RECORDA'l'ION OF DEED
FROM ARROYO GRANDE UNION HIGH SCHOOL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, that the
deed of Arroyo Grande Union High School District to the hereinafter described
re"l property be and the same is herewith ordered accepted. Said property is
described as fOllows, to-wit;
All that portion of Lot 103 of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de
Chendsal as it is delineated and so designated on that certain map entitled
"Map of the Resubdivision of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de
Chemisal" by James D. Stratton in 1873 and fi~ed for record in Book A of maps,
page 65 in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California,
and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears N 33' 07' W, 5 feet from a 2 inch iron
pipe monWlent on the Northwest corner of the Janes Tract Subdivision filed in
Map Book 3, page 86, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and running thence parallel to and 60 feet Southerly
of the Northerly property line of Valley Road S 570 06' W, 884.3 feet to
the beginning of a 20 foot radius curve thence to the left along the arc
of said curve of radius 20 feet and thru an angle of 900 13' an arc
distance of 31.49 feet to a point on the Kasterly property line of Valley
Road, thence tangent to the above described curve N 330 07' W 30.08 feet,
thence N 570 06' E 904.38 feet, thence S 330 07' E 10 feet, more or less,
to the true point of beginning, containing 0.21 acres more or less.
On motion of Councilman Sturges and seconded by Councilman Burt and on the
following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Simpson, Kerr, Burt and Stur ges
NOES: None
ABSENT; Councilman Kirkpatrick
the foregoing Resolution was adopted.
