MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a project state~ent submitted by the City of
