RESOLUTION NO. 292 OF THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE
. CITY OF ARROYO, GIWIIJIS, CALIFORNIA, DESIGJ!TATDlG AND
LOCATDlG A FIPTEEi (15) HDTUTE PARKDlG SPACE OR
ZOD ON A ROADWA.Y 1:1 THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AND
DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE KARKING THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 86,
of the City of Arroyo Grande, the space hereinafter specifically
located and described is hereby designated a fifteen (15) minute
time limit parking space or zone. except on Sunda78 and hoUda,..
Said space or zone is particularly described, designated and
located as follows:
A parking space extending Jlorth-1fester1f a distance' ot 20.00 teet troa
a point on the Easterly curb line ot Branch that i8 located a distance ot
6li.54 teet !roa the intersection ot the said Easterly c.-b line with the
Westerly prolongation of the Hortherly property line ot Branch St.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that no person shall park or leave
standing any vehicle in the said space or zone for a period of ti.~
longer than fifteen (15) consecutive minutes between the hours of
9 a.m., and 6 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be and he is
hereby directed to cause the sa~d~pace or zone to be marked with
appropriate markings in accordance with the provieions of said Ordin_
ance No. 86, of the City of Arr?yo Grande, and of Section 472 of
the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
