RESOLUTION NO. 3265
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADDING THE POSITIONS OF
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR. ASSOCIATE PLANNER.
AND ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY TO THE LIST OF
POSITIONS CLASSIFIED AS MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS. City of Arroyo Grande. County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
("City") is duly authorized and existing under the laws of said State; and
WHEREAS, the positions of Accounting Supervisor. Associate Planner. and
Administrative Secretary have been classified as belonging to the Service Employees'
International Union;
WHEREAS. the positions of Accounting Supervisor, Associate Planner. and
Administrative Secretary have been deemed to have management responsibilities
and/or aCcess to confidential information;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande. California as follows:
1. The positions of Accounting Supervisor. Associate Planner. and Administrati.ve
Secretary will be added to the list of positions classified as management.
2. This change shall be effective January 1, 1998.
On motion of Council Member Tolley . seconded by Council Member 'Lady
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Tolley, Lady, Fuller, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Runels
