RBSOLUTION OF TI-IG CTTV COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRA.NDE ADOPTING BU'DGET MID APPROVING HEMOR~NDUH OF
AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAX lAX ,~LLOC^TION fOR
MAJOR CITY STRE:ETS.
~!~REAS, a memorandum of ~graement has been presented to be entered
into 1-Tith the Stnte of CoMornia in accordance with a project st~ ement sub-
mitted by the City of Arroyo Grande, for eltpenditure of the ,;ax tax allocation -
to cities for the fisc~ year 1953, and
,..HEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement :i.n full and
is familiar with the contents thereof;
TiIEREJo'ORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that said project stntem",nt be and it is hereby adppted as the budjet
of proposed expenditures of the gas tax ~location to cities, and said agree-
ment be and the s [1J1Ie is hereby approved and the J1I!!yor and the city clerk are
directed to sign the s me on behalf of said City, said agreement to te binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1952,

authorized, by resolution, to adopt rules and reculations for the subdivision of
land and the filing and appro'!al of Maps thereof and Ha.ps of Roads and Streets
which said regulations were to be designated "Subdivision Standards of Rules and
Regulations of the City of Arroyo Grande."
