RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUO. .... ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREUI.
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has beim presented
to be entered into with the State ot California in aooord-
ance with a project statement submitted by the City ot
AIr...,. fIn.~. for expenditure of the gae tax al-
location to oi ties for the f1seal year ..." and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read 8a14 arree-
ment in full and is tamiliar with the contents thereof;
