RES0LU1ION NO. 271
^ RESOLUTION ABANDONING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF WILTON
PLACg, IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of April, 1952, the City Council, of the City
of Arroyo Grande, at a regular meeting passed a resolution of intention to
-- abandon and close a portion of Wilton Place as hereinafter described; and
i,~EAS, in conforwity with the said resolution, the City Clerk, of
said City, caused to be conspicuously posted along the line of said Wilton
Place, at intervals of not less than thr",e hundred (300) feet in distance
apart and not less than three (3) in all, said notices are as follows:
"NOnCE OF INTEN'l'IOJ' TO VACATE, AlJANDON AND CLOSt: A PORTION OF
~ILTON PLACE, IN THL CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
Notice is herewith given that the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande intends to vacate, abandon and close that portion
of I.ilton Place loC'ated in said City and particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
In the City of Arroyo Grande in Valley View Tract
that portion of Wilton Place lying West of Vernon Avenue and
between Block 3 and 4.
The hearing in connection with said intention will be hUd on the
7th day of May, 1952, at the City Hall, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, ~t the hour of 8:00
o'clock P.M., at which time, all persons interested in the proposed vaca-
tion, abandonment and closing of that portion of Wilton ,Place may .~
