BE IT RESOLVED: TllAT THeBE PERSONS WHO HOOK ONTO THAT PORTION OF THE LINE TO BE
CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN THE PRESENT GRAND AVENUE MAIN OR ANY REPLACEMENT THEREOF AND THE
PRESENTLY EXISTING LINE ALONG THE BRISCO ROAD SHALL AT THE TIME THEREOF BE REQUIRED TO
REINBURSE THE CITY OF AIffiOYO GRANDE FOR THE PROPORTIONATE COOT OF THE LINE.
On motion of Councilman Conrad, seconded by Councilman Clark the foregoing Resolution
was adopted by the following roll call vote: -
AYES: Councilman Clark, Waiters, Dixson, Dammann and Conrad
