WHEREAS the City of Arroyo Grande has certain peronal property, to-wit:
One Austin Western Motor Grader and One Body for Jeep; which property is depreciating
constantly and is no longer any use or necessity to the City of Arroyo Grande
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council will offer Bor sale at public bid

One (1) Austin Western Motor Grander and
One (1) Body for Jeep.
Bids m1Jst be filed in the City t1all on or before April h, 1951, at the hour of 8 :00
P. M. which time and pl~ce the Council selects as the time and place at which said property
will be sold.
On motion of Councilman Dixson , seconded by Councilman DMllllann ,
and on the follCMing roll-call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Waiters, Dixson, Clark, Dammann, and Conrad
NOES: None
ABSENT: none
The foregoing Resolution was adopted.
