RESOLUTION NO. 244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF DEED TO REAL ESTATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, that the deed from
J. w. and Jessie M. Ruhl to the hereinafter described real property be and the same is
herewith accepted that a warrant be issued for payment of same.
Said property is described as follow, to-wit:
Portion of Lot ]01 of Subdivision of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de
Chemisal, in the City of Arrayo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calif-
ornia, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East-
er1,y line of Cienega or Halcyon Road S O. l' E 218.81 ft from the intersection of
the Northerly lot line of the said Lot 101 with the Easterly line of Halcyon ROad
said point being marked ti th an axle as shown upon Map of Survey of a portion of
Lot 101 filed in Book 3 at page 85 Records and Surveys in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, thence SO., l' E, 6 ft to point of beginn.ing; thence
first,S o. l' E 50 ft; thence second, N 89. 51' E 150 ft; thence third, N O. ~, --"l
W SO ft to the N line of property owned by J. W. and Jessie M. R)lhl; thence
fourth, S 89. 51' Walong the North line of property owned by' J. W. and Jessie M.
Rhhl to the point of beginning a right of way 3 ft in width and extending from the
Easterly line of the above described property and extending easterly along the North
line of the J. W. and Jessie M. Ruhl property 512 ft more or less to Alpine St.
said right of way for the construction and maintenance of a water main. Also, said
right of way which is described as follows, to-wit: A right of way 3 it in width
and extending from the Ely line of the above described property and extending Ely
along the North line of the J. W. and Jessie M. Rhhl property 512 ft more or less
to Alpine Street said right of way for the con!!truction and maintenance of a water
main.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Dammannand on the following roll
call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Waiters, Clark, DiBSon, Comrad and Dammann

Absent: None
The foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted.
