RESOLUTION NO.3 2 6 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING FEES FOR VARIOUS
SERVICES
WHEREAS, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
("City") is duly authoriied and existing under the laws of said State; and
WHEREAS, The City of Arroyo Grande performs certain services relating to utility
billing that benefit specific individuals and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services are to be paid by those parties who receive such services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, hereby adopts the Utility Billing Fee Schedule attached to this Resolution and
marked as Exhibit A, and hereby incorporates such Exhibit into this Resolution. The
Utility Billing Fee Schedule shall become effective June 3D, 1998.
On motion of Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member Lady
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Runels, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Fuller
The foregoi Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of November 1997.
