RECTION OF CLERICAL ERRORS APPEARING ON THE TAX ROLLS OF THE SAID CITY FOR THE TAXABLE
YEAR 1950-1951.
WHEREAS,it appears that the hereinafter described real property has been, through an error
of fact, and a clerical error, erroneously assessed at the sun of $3,600.00 on account
of the improvements supposedly existent thereon at the time of the assessment of said
property, and at the time of the lien date, and
