A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED TO REAL ESTATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
that the deed of Loren Ne\~n and Velma E. Newman to the hereinafter
described real property be and the same is herewith ordered accepted.
Said property is described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 50 feet wide being a portion of Lot 107 of
James T. Stratton's sarvey of ~rts of the Ranchos Corrall
de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de hemisal accord~ng to map
filed for record in the office of the County rtecorder of San
luis Obispo County and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Alpine S~eet
Extension as conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande by. deed
dated September 13, 1946 and recorded October 4C 194b, in
Book 424 of O. R. at pa~e 221, records of said ounty,
distant thereon N 10 09 w. 97.63 feet from the South line
of the property conveyed by Jackson W. "~hl to Loren Newman
et. ux. by deed dated May 25, 1948, and recorded in Book 478
O. R. at page 92, records of said Countyj thence N 890 47' E,
and paraLel with the South line. of the property conve~ed to
Loren Newman, et. ux., as aforesaid a distance of 550 eet
thence N 00 13' W, 50 feetj thence S 890 47' W, 550.81 feet
to the East line of said Alpine ?t. EOCtensionj thence S 10
091 E, 50 feet' to the point of beginning.
