RESOWTION NO.. 232
A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED TO REAL ESTATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coupcil of the City of Arroyo Grande,
that the Med of EOith Fesler andJ. L. Webb Moore to the hereinafter
described real property be and the same is herewith ordered accepted.
Said property is described as follows, to-wit:

A strip of land 50 feet wide and lying 25 f'eet each side of
the following described center line and being a portion of
Lot 105 of James T. Stratton's Survey of parts of Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa De Chemisal, according to
~ap filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
San Luis Obispo County and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S 230 03' E, 165 feet from
the monument marking the centerline intersec.tion of Grand Ave.
and Alpine St. as said avenue and street are delineated and
so designated on that certain lliap entitled "Map of Western
Addi tion to the Town of Arroyo Grande, Calif.", filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo
County on A~ril 10, 1894, in Map Book B at page 10 and running
thence S 23 63' E, 58.42 feet; thence S 10 10' E, 913.21 feet
to the Northerly line of the property conveyed to Jackson W. .
Rt$l, et. we. by deed dated June, 14, 1938 and recorded October
3, 1939, in Book 266. O. R. at page 131, records of said
. County.
On motion of Councilman Conrad and seconded by Councilman Dammann,
and on the following' roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Waiters., Dammann and Conrad
NOES: Councilman Clark

Councilman Dixson - declined to vote
the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted.
