RESOLUTION # 228
A Resolution authorizing the City l\ttorney to prepare a' deed of the property purchased
from Saruwataris, to be given back in return for conveyance by them of the property for
new location of road way.
A motion by Councilman Conrad, seconded by Counc:Uman Conrad, seconded by Councilman
DaJ1\IIIann, that the foregoing resolution be adopted by the following roll call vote:
A1ES: Councilman Conrad, Sixson and DaJ1\IIIann
NOES: None
ABSENTt Councilmen Waiters and Clark.

deed, when the Saruwatari cross deed has been delivered.
On motion of Councilman Conrad, seconded b~r Councilman DaJ1\IIIann, the foregoing
Resolution was adopted by the following roll call vote:

CITY OF APPROVING AGREEME},'T FOR MAINTENANCE
OF

WHERE:AS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of
effective as of July 1, 1950, aPD to remain in effect until amended
or terminated.
WHEREAS, the, City Council has heard read said agreement in,'full and is familiar with
the contents thereof; -
Tm:REFOHE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of tbat
said Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highw~ in the City is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
