Be it resolved by the City Council that the Street Superintendent be and he is herewith
directed to have the Nuisances on the following described property abated. Said nuisances
existing on said lots, consisting of the existence thereon of weeds and growth of such
character as to be a fire menace to the City of Arroyo Grande. Said Superintendent is fur-
~ ther directed to post notice of abatement of nuisances, according to Ordinance #39, on each
! : parcel and thereafter serve such persons as are required to be served.
On motion of Councilman Dammann, seconded by Councilman Dixson, the foregoing resolution
was pedsed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES : Councilman Waiters, Dixson, Dammann and Conrad

CITY OF ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVnTG
MEMORANDUM OF AGREE:MENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.

WfEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be enter~d into with the State
of California in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City of
for expenditure of the gas t'sx allocation to cities for the fiscal ;year

WHEREAS, the city council has hel1rd read said agreement in full and is familiar with
the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of that
said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures
of the gas ta.""< allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City,
said ag~eement to be binding upon the City of said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
