A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF JEED TO REAL ESTATE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cmmcil of the City of Arroyo Grande, that
the deed of Akira and Masnko Saruwatari and Stone and Ayako Saruwatari to the
herein'lf'ter described real property be and the same in herwith ordered accepted.
S<1id property is described as follows, to-wit;
That protion of Lot 104 of Parts of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bo18a
de Chanesal surveyed by Jas. Tl Stratton, C.E., Sept. 1873, according to map fiJe d
for record in the office of the Conty Recorded of sAid County, described in deed
to Stone Saruwatari, et all., dated Dec. 14, 1934, and recorded in Book 158 of
OfficialRecords, at page 435, records of said County, which lied wi thin the boun-
d~ries of a strip of land 80 feet in width, lying hO feet on each side of the fo1-
CMing described center line: -
Beginning at. the intersection of the center line of Grand Avmue and the
Easterly line of Barnett Street as said Avenue am Street are sham at the Map
of Western Addition to the Twt>m of Arrayo Grande, filed for record April 10,
1894, in the office of the Connty Recorder of said County; ttence North
66. 57' East 419.22 feet to the Easterly line of Lot 105 of said Subdivision
for the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning North
fIJ- 57' East 986.8 feet, more or less, to a point which bears Sout.h 66. 57'
West 40.63 feet. from the E!\sterly line of the property so conveyed to Stone
