RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF ThE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE -

BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande shall hold a pu~lic hearing in connection with
the consideration by it of a certain proposed ordinance of
the City of Arroyo Grande entitled. ~ Ordinance ~rQviding for.
the Establishment of Zones in the City of Arroyo Grande, California
and Regulating the Uses of Property Therein, Adopting a Map
Showing said Zones, Defining the Terms Used in this Ordinance,'

Providing for its Adjustment, Enforcffiuent and Amendment, .'

Prescri bi ng Penal ties for its Violation and Repealing any
Ordinances or portions of Ordinances in Conflict. Herewith" ,
together with a map entitled "City of Arroyo Grande, California,
Zoning Plan" and a map entitled "Crty of Arroyo Grande, California,
Master Plan".

Said public hearing will be held in the CitY,Hall of the
City of Arroyo Grande 011 the e\Tening of ~~fo , 1949 and
such meeting will begin at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. At
said time and place any person interested in said proposed ordinance
or in said maps may appear and be heard eit her in support of or in
opposition thereto or in modification thereof.
BE IT ]~THER RE60LVED that a notice of said hearing be
published in the Arroyo Grande Herald-Recorder.
