A.CCEPTANCE OF DEED TO REA.L EST.A. TE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
lu'royo Grande, that the deed of J. E. B<\RREI'T, County Tax Col-
lector, County of San LUis Obmspo, state of California to the
hereinafter described real prop~rty be and the same is herewith
"
ordered accepted. Said property is described as fOllows, to
wit:
(1) All those parts of lots l2? and 131 of the
Rancho Corral De Piedra, ,-etal as described
in deed from MEI'A E. COIC,ORD to ISAB~E
ESTES and of record in Vol. 116 of Official
Records at page 43? and containing ?i3 acres.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman
Dammann, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
