BE: IT RESOLVED that a Treasurer I s Departmental;. Trust Fund b~ set
up into which the collections .of the City Court and Police Depart-

ment may be deposited for safekeeping. Withdrawals from such fund
shall be made by the City Treasurer only on order signed by the
proper departmental head and for the following purposes only:
(1) The makeing of a refund of bail which has been exonerated or
of other refundable deposits
(2) The correction of clerical o~'ministerial errors in the receipt
of payments to the City.
