A RESOWTION DESIGNATING THE Bt\.NK OF AMERICA, ARROYO

GRANDE BRANCH, AS THE BAlIK IN WIECH ALL CITY MONIES BE DEPOSITED:
On motion of Councilman Waiters, seconded by Councilman
Schnyder, the following resolution was adopted by the following

NOES: None ,
ABSENT: None -
Resolved that the Bank of America, Arroyo Grande BI-anch,
be designated as the Bank in which all City monies be deposited.
Also that the sum of $15,000.00 be deposited as an in-
active account, to bear interest at the rate of 1%.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting pf the City
Council held this 19th day of January 1949.
