RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER THE

OF SAl:oj LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
ViHEREAS, there now exists in the City of Arroyo G~ande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calif-rnia, a short portion
of a certain unnamed road lying between Lots 4 and 5 of Hilliker
and Woodbury Tract, and lying also between Tally Ho Road and the
Pacific Coast Railway Right of ':Iay, and
\VHEREtS, the said road is no longer necessary for use by
the public, and ,
ViHFltEAS, it appo9.rs that the abandonment and oilosing of
the road is for the best interests of the publio,
NOW THERrurORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, that it.intends to abandon and close that
certain unnamed road lying between lots 4 and 5 of Hilliker
and Woodbury Tract, and lying also between Tally Ho Road and the
Paoific Coast Railway Right of Way in the City of Arroyo Grande,
CouJ;J.ty of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said Council will

hold a he6.ring in connection wi.th said intention to abandon the

Chambers of the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande in the
Ci ty flall, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State

Arroyo Grande shall cause a notice of this Resolution of intention
to order the closjng of the aforesaid portion of said road to be

of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
be, and she is hereby ordered to provide ~or the posting of
notices of inetntion to close a portion of the aforesaid road
to be posted conspicuously along the line of the street, or Dart
thereof, proposed to be closed, which said notices shall be
posted not more than three hundred feet apart, provided thAt in
no event shall less than three notices be posted. Said notices
shall be in form as follows, to-wi t: .

Notice is herewjth given that the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Crrande intends to close a short portion
of a certain unnamed road lying between lots four and
fi ve of Hillikrer and Woodbury Tract in the City of
Arroyo Grande, and particularly rrescribed as follows,
to-wit:
That certain unnamed. road lying between Lots
., Four (1.:) and li'ive (5)', of Hilliker and Woodbury
Tract, and lying alsd between Tally Ho Road
and the Pacific Coast Railway Hight of "Jay in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California.
A resolution 01' inten~n so to do was passed by the

A hearing in connection with the proposed closing
of that portion of said road hereinabove described
will be held at the City nall ~n the City of Arroyo
