RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF
.ARROYO GRANDE. COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA. RELATIVE TO THE SALE' 07
CERTAIN REAL :mOPERTY.

WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California has heretofore aoquired oertain real property
bereinafter desor1bed, and
WHEREAS, the said property ~s'not now, nor will said property
ever, at any time, be neoessary or oonvenient to the publio's use,
and
WHEREAS it is desired to d1lq)ose of said property in order to'

obtain the maximum benefit therefrom, .bothby ~ay of the ooneider-
ation to be obtained from the sale of the property, and to enable
said property to be returned to the publio tsxrolls;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLY.Ep that the hereinafter desoribed

real property shall be sold at publio auotion to the hishest
bidder upon the terms hereinafter set forth.
Said sale shall take plaoe on the 19th daY of,November, 1947
at the hour of 8,00 P.M. in the Counoil Chamb~rs of the City Couno1l
of the City of Arroyo Grande in the Cit~ of Arroyo Grande, County

Bids tor the purohase of said hereinafter desoribed real property
should be in writing direotedto the City Couno1l of the City of
Arroyo Grande, and must be filed with the City Clerk ot said City
an or before the 19th day ot November, 1947 at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
Eaoh bid should be aooompanied by a oheok 1n an amount equal
to ten percent of the amount paid.
Said sale will be made to the highest bidder tor oash, provided
that the City Couno1l may acoept any oral bids made at the time and
place hereinabove set torth, provided that the t1rst oral bid
submitted must be at least five peroent in excess of the highest
written bid submitted.

The City of Arroyo Grande reserves the right to reject any and
all bids submitted, and to withdraw said property from sale for
any reason whatsoever.
BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and she is herewith ordered to give
notice 'of said sale by causing a notice thereof to be published
in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder at least three times before
the date o3 said sale.
The property intended to be sold is described as follows,
