On motion by Councilman Phillips, seconded by Councilman
Lierly,the following resolution was adol,'ted by the fOllowing
vote:

ABSENT: None.
Be it resolved that the Ciik Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare t t EBstbBranch Street or the
Hu8Sn&. Road be d6signa ted as a boulevard or through Highway.
, Be it further resolved to have the Chief of Police , install
a stop sign on Le Point Terrace where it enters said Branch
Street as per Ordinance # 340t the City ot Arroyo Grands,and
according to section # 471 SUb.b of' the California Vehicle C9de.
