WHEREAS, T. A. Robinson is now, and at all times herein
mentioned has been the owner of those certain premises situate in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,, State of
California, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1 to 9, both inclusive, in Block 39, of
Beckett~s Crown Hill Addition to said City of
Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, on the~_day of_~~ ~r°.,...~_ . , 194,
B. E. Living, Superintendent of Streets of the City of Arroyo Grande,
personally served on the aforesaid owner a notice requiring said
person to repair the sidewalk in front of said premises, which said
notice particularly specified ~vh«t work was required to be done and
how the same was to be done, what materials should be used in said
labor, and further notified said person that if such repairs were
not comr.~enced within three days after such notice was given, the
said Superintendent of Streets would make such repairs and that the
cost of the same would be a lien upon said property.
That said person failed, refused and neglected for a period
of more than three days after service on him of said notice, to
make said repairs or any part thereof, and that thereupon the said
Superintendent of Streets made said repairs; and

of said proceedings with the City Clerk of this cit~ and asked that

said City Council, and that said City Council pass upon and approve

WHEREAS, on or about the___i~.=day of February, 1941, said
Superintendent of Streets gave personal notice in writing to said
owner that he had filed his report with the City Council o~' said
PIHEREAS, no person has appeared to make any objections or
city and that the hearing thereon would be held on the l~'4h day of

protests to said report, or arty portion thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the said report of said
Superintendent of Streets be, and the same is hereby approved,
ratified and confirmed, and that the said Superintendent of Streets,

passage of this Resolution, then, and in that event the said Superin-
